National Power Supply Plc. (NPS) plans to issue debentures  worth THB 2-3 billion,
 setting the coupon rate at 5.50% per annum for Year 1-2 and 6.40% per annum 
for Year 3 of which paid quarterly. The debenture has been assigned the rating 
of "BBB-" by TRIS Rating and  will be distributed to individual and  
institution investors during April 23-25 at Krung Thai Bank Plc.
