SC Asset Corporation PLC (SC) plans to issue 3 years and 6 months 
debenture worth up to THB 2 billion. The debenture will be  distributed to 
individual and institution investors on 13-15 December, 2011. It has the 
fixed coupon rate of 5.75% per annum for the first three years  and 
6.10% per annum for the last six months. Thanachart Bank Plc and
