On Nov 9,2011, the board of director of  Bumrungrad Hospital Plc (BH) 
has approved of unsecured and senior debentures issuance  worth not 
exceeding THB 7,000 million with not more than 10 years tenor. The 
purpose of debentures issuance is to use for working capital, business
