Sansiri Plc (SIRI) plans to issue 5- year debenture worth THB 1.0 billion.
The coupon rates will be set at 5.40% per annum for Year 1-3 and 6.00% 
per annum for Year 4-5. The debenture will be distributed to individual 
and institution investors during September 22-30, 2011 and has been 
assigned the rating of  BBB by TRIS Rating. Kasikornbank Plc is the
